Green Screen Editing

Today I have done some editing for my green screen which didn't go as well as I wanted it to. I worked by myself to make sure that I knew what I was doing. I had to make sure that I could edit my video to get the best result.

The process of editing on a green is to click on effects then keying first. Then you click on Ultra Key and Drag and Drop onto the green screen to get the effect that you want/need for the perfect green screen. Then you have to press the pipette tool also known as the small like colour tool. You have to make sure that it is green otherwise you won't be able to add in the background that you want instead of the boring green screen in the background.

Another effect that you can do to make your Green Screen interesting is to Choke and Soften to clean up the green screen more. To do this you have to click on Effects and a motion tool. I am not sure what it is called exactly. This makes the video better to view as it doesn't slow down the video to much especially if you don't want to slow it down.

To save your film. Video you have to go to file and save. Then you have to go onto File, Export/ The file that you need to export it to is Hdv12.64. This way the video exports properly. Then you have to queue in the line for it to export before saving onto the hard drive. Then you need to save your video onto the hard drive. Then you upload your video to youtube once you have finished editing.
